Csection infected or normal?

I'm 3 weeks PP and since about week 2 I've been able to smell my incision, if that makes sense.
I clean it once/twice a day and also try and keep it as dry as possible (I have quite a bad apron tummy)
Today is the first day I've been able to really see it without relying on taking a photo and there is a small amount of thick white smelly discharge but similar to what you get from a normal piercing like ears etc.
Does it look infected in some areas?

My ob said to dry it with a hair dryer after showering and if it smells it’s probably yeast. You might want to have them check it and put some nystatin on it.

Looks fine to me. The Smell should be similar to an open wound like an ear piercing etc. it’s quite normal. If you’re concerned about it not being dry enough you can ask you local nurse for an invisible plaster? This works like a barrier to stop the top of the scar and the bottom rubbing together. It will itch, burn and seem a lot worse with the more exercise you get. Try to rest and keep an eye on the colour, if it starts to look raw and red, see your local health service for some advice.
