Mirena IUD

I got the mirena IUD at my 6 weeks appointment (while on my first period which was 7 days). I got my second period a month later & bleed/spotted for two weeks almost. I’ve been experiencing major cramps in between periods. i’m currently waiting for my 3rd period & im 3 days late. My partner & I do have sex and it feels like something is pinching me after a while . I have an ultrasound today and they said i can bring two adults ??? I’m assuming it might be out of place & hoping i’m not pregnant 😭 anyone else experience symptoms like this with the IUD?
