Ugh pregnancy allergies

So the last couple days I’ve been SOOO CONGESTED WITH A INSANE RUNNY NOSE AND SNEEZING UNCONTROLLABLY!!! It’s driving me insane. My nose hurts from blowing it and wiping. Using the nicest tissues doesn’t work. I took some meds and Benadryl. Nothing is helping hot shower humidifier. Nasal spray saline spray. The saline water in the little pot thing nothing! I read a few say it lasted THEIR ENTIRE pregnancy. I’m only 6 and a half weeks. I’ll drive off a bridge if that’s true.
