Blocked duct vs breast cancer lump

I may sound crazy but I have some health anxiety (I am working on it) anyway I weaned baby off and Monday was my last day (last week) so it’s been about 7 days. Breast is still sore but I found a marble sized lump I can grab with my hand. Now of course it is likely related to weaning however now I’m thinking “did I just not feel it before and notice it now” and now I am going down the breast cancer rabbit hole. Is lumps like this normal? I’ve been trying to massage it out and it’s not going away.
