Is my relationship over of 15 years??

Me and my OH have been together for 15 years we own our home & have a 6 yo daughter. We have been through ALOT a hell of a lot for some people. I love him. But sometimes i dont know if i am IN love with him? Loving someone and being IN love with someone are 2 diffrent things for me. Our sex life is boring and to be honest i just cant be arsed i never have that desire to have sex with him or maybe its in general but who knows. we dont really laugh together I feel bad saying this but sometimes i feel like he has no personality he just comes across as dull and not an overlly social person i dont like some of the things he does or the way he acts and i feel like im just a diluted version of myself these days. But is that me just nit picking ? Were not overlly PDA people but sometimes i look at others and think i want that. Weve never fell out or seperated or anything. Im just unsure if we need to make chnages and more effort or if the relationship is just dead in the water now our life together hasnt been easy but we have stuck with it and sailed the waves that came at us but sometimes i wonder with us being through so much has it just caused the relationship to get to this point.
