Is this sexual assault

This happened a few months ago. When I met this guy we got each others number. We went to get drinks that night and he ended up telling me he doesn’t drink. When he showed up he somehow got me to go into his car with him. For some reason I did.

We instead got ice cream and he took me to a park. When I was there with him he kept fondling me and pulling my shirt down to expose my breasts. He kept sucking and licking my nipples. I was getting scared and uncomfortable. He kept going and was trying to put my hand into his penis.

He was even trying to record bringing my hand over to his penis. He started showing me photos of girls he’s been with and telling me when he’s with another girl he’ll be fantasizing about me.

I despise that I interacted with him and how I let my guard down to even talk with him.

He gave my number to his friend then his friend wanted to start a relationship with me.
