Gets his anger out on me

My boyfriend always gets his anger out on me. At first I tried justifying him and made myself believe it was all in my head. Until recently it just became so hard not to notice I was his punching bag.

Yesterday we were cooking in his house he got upset he couldn’t find the tongs in the kitchen. He started screaming at me really bad. I went to grab my jacket and purse to leave and he continued to scream at me while blocking the door. Eventually he calmed down and apologized.

Today I called him to see what he was up to. He answered “WHAT!? WHAT DO YOU WANT!?” To this I responded “I can’t call you??” He said “everybody is calling me all at once right now!”

I said “never mind. Bye.” I hung up and put my phone on DND

I’m pregnant and feel his treatment is getting worse and worse….
