No help!

No one is obligated to help me, but my family is always asking for me to send pictures of my baby, but don’t ever wanna come over and actually help, or ask if I need, just like a little break, or nap. because the requesting to always send pictures to them, which is kind of frustrating is quite annoying like every dang on day??? But y’all can’t even help me?? Or if she’s over her dads it’s like they really want pictures…. but her dad side of the family he has so much support he lives with like his mom that just seems extra supportive and that helps him and I just don’t have that type of help. It’s like nobody is with me at home and all I get for my family is technically they want pictures or they just wanna come over to see her but they have never ask if I really need a break or anything and I don’t know if I’m just asking for too much or if I have the right to feel what I feel. But please some advice.
