he has feelings for somebody else.

me and my ex broke up a few months ago, we were together for 3 years. we were both just hurting each other and i think we just needed space. we started talking again recently and it honestly kind of just felt like we were the same couple. we expressed we loved each other and talked daily. he confessed he had feelings for his co worker once the topic came up. i’m just not sure what to feel or do. of course he can have feelings for other people as we aren’t together i just don’t know what to make of it or if i should just back away from him.
