Red veiny bumps on breast

Any ideas what these could be?

The first one popped up a few weeks ago and went away on it’s own after a few days. 2 popped up a week after 1 and is still a prominent bump (probably because I squeezed and poked it trying to see if it would pop), 3 started to form but never turned into anything, and now 4 is a small bump and appeared today.

I did a video appointment last week with a doctor and they said they didn’t know what they were. She prescribed some steroid cream to put on 3x per day. I can’t really say if I think it’s helping or not at this point. 😳

The lumps are definitely on top of my skin and not into the breast tissue, but I’m still incredibly concerned.
