Im hurting so bad! Rheumatoid arthritis 💔

Please someone help me … i have rheumatoid arthritis ever since i was pregnant with my son in 2020.. 💔 it attacks my wrists the inflammation!! So right now im hurting so bad on my right wrist and it hurts like if its broken😓💔💔💔 what can i do or take because they only prescribed me plaquinelll i cant spell it and it does nothing!!! Im in pain that i dont wanna get outta bed i am so young too to be dealing with this!! Is there something i can buy over the counter? My next appointment isnt til nov💀😫😫😫😫i tried wrists slings they do not help me cuz the pain is like a 1000… if anything its worse when touched… and compressioned… anyone take anything that helps with their rheumatoid arthritis?????
