Ultrasound questions

Dr asked if I needed to use the restroom before she did a bedside transvaginal ultrasound. I said yes and went, but when I was going, I wasn’t sure if that was a good idea bc I thought a full bladder was good?

I should be just about 6 weeks. She was using old ultrasound equipment she said. Only gestational sack was visible.

Do you think it’s possible the yolk sack could not be seen due to an empty bladder?

Or do you think it’s possible yolk sack could not be seen due to old equipment/or the combo this and of the above?

I know I’m likely being hopeful but I’m really wondering if those factors could’ve made a dif
