Endometrioma during pregnancy

I’m currently 7 weeks 6 days, I haven’t been diagnosed with endometriosis but I’ve just read my 7 week ultrasound report and it says that I have a possible Endometrioma in my left ovary. At my 5 week scan there was no mention of it, I’m not sure if it was just missed or if it wasn’t there yet but if this is a Endometrioma will it hurt my baby? I had a miscarriage in march this year, we could never found out why. I was already on edge this time because of my miscarriage but my anxiety has just gotten so much worse. My doctor didn’t even mention the fact that I have a corpus luteum cyst AND a possible Endometrioma right next to each other and both 1.7cm big!! Please help Im so scared for my baby
