Sex After Miscarriage?

Has anyone had sex before you stopped bleeding after a miscarriage? Not to “try” but just sex. My husband and I are SOOO missing the closeness of being together. He’s not pressuring me at all and I know it’s recommended to wait two weeks. Just wanting to hear thoughts…

If you’re actively bleeding from a miscarriage- I’d wait for sex. Your body is working hard to repair itself. 
Cuddle. Hold hands. Watch a movie together. Sex can wait.

They tell you not to have sex until the bleeding has stopped because you are at a high risk of infection. If you do get an infection in your uterus this will inevitably push back trying again whilst you wait for the infection to clear up.

Please wait. You're bleeding because there is a wound. It could get infected. I got an infection after a miscarriage and it was awful. I have never been more sick. On top of it all, the infection causes scar tissue, which can make it harder (or impossible) to get pregnant in the future.
I didn't do any of the things they told me to avoid while bleeding, and I still got an infection. Please don't make your risk any higher.
