Need to lose weight
How do yall lose weight while breastfeeding? I feel horrible and I just want to be able to fit in at least some of my old clothes I can't afford to keep buying new stuff. I'm 14m postpartum and weigh more than I did at the end of my pregnancy!! Its taking a toll on my mental health and I hate looking in the mirror. What can I do!!!
