To harsh?

I’m just being straight forward he clearly said he was going to call me and indeed did not and didn’t even respond back to my text that was sent two minutes after his! He doesn’t text me till every 2-3 days and I just feel if you’re that busy please don’t try to get in a committed relationship which is what he wanted. So I’m rejecting the offer now because I clearly can already see red flags that I won’t like.
