Had a baby 4 days ago and my boss is saying I need to come in or I'm fired

I got an email from my boss. He said he was sorry to bother me on maternity leave but he needs me to come in. I'm a CNA and apparently I was reported for verbal abuse and he needs my side before he decides if I have a job or not. I'm not getting any answers on what was said or what I did. I know I didn't verbally abuse any of our patients. I had a C-section and am in so much pain. I called my dad who's a lawyer to ask if they can fire me while on maternity leave and he said yes. Especially if it's for verbal abuse. I'm in so much pain and now I'm stressed out that I won't have a job to care for my baby!
