Partner always rejects me

I am currently 39 weeks pregnant, my partner is not affectionate at all, he doesn’t want intimacy (I understand at the moment as I’m sure I’m not exactly desirable being so big) but it is the lack of affection which is hurting me the most, literally every time I ask him for a cuddle he rejects me, I just want to be comforted, I have been really struggling the past few weeks especially however the entire pregnancy has been tough on me this time around, he’s very excited about the baby, so it’s not that, it seems like it’s just me, in the beginning of our relationship he was very affectionate but I feel like now he’s got me he doesn’t feel the need to bother anymore, when we are intimate I feel like I’m just there for him to use to masterbate, I’m just so disappointed, we feel like roommates not romantic partners, I am seriously considering splitting up with him when the baby has been born and things have settled, I just can’t keep giving up something I need just to be with him, it’s ruined my confidence, I just want to feel loved
