Am I maybe overthinking?

So a few weeks ago, I had to pick my husband up at work bc his truck didn't start. Well as I am waiting on him to walk to my car, another worker was beside my door, and hollered for my husband. The guy didn't say anything but did with his eyes. And a weird head nod. So then my husband walks over to him out of my sight for a second and gets in my car. I said what was that about? He acted clueless. I said what did that guy want? He said oh just to see if I'm working tomorrow because I was thinking about taking pto. Well then my husband said that guy just gives everyone tylenol at work. I said tylenol? Or something similar to tylenol? Ever since then he has had 1. Slurred speech at home. 2. Bloodshot eyes 3. Consitpation 4. No energy. 5. No sex drive.

But I can't straight up ask him bc he gets defensive and calls me crazy.

I honestly just think something is up.
