I have a serious question

So I got sick yesterday and it was really bad. I had chills I couldn’t move and I had work this morning and before I went to work, I tested positive for Covid never had it before so I called My Boss and explained that I tested positive for Covid and she said just stay home and I double check went to my doctor office and I had a positive Covid test but I have three kids my mom had to get them yesterday and today but I have never had Covid, so should I ask my mom to keep them for another day or should they come home tomorrow?
