Elf vs Charlotte tilbury
The elf glow primer made me breakout but it looks soooo good and it’s a dupe for the Charlotte tilbury. Has anyone tried both and I’m thinking of splashing out on the Charlotte tilbury one to see if it does the same look without the breakouts but don’t want to invest if it’s going to be the same outcome ? X
