Any makeup tips ?

I’m rounded face and chubby abit no makeup matches at all ughhh  it’s the flitter making me have makeup and I love it  but I don’t know how to even do makeup

First find a mineral foundation that matches your skin. You can go to Sephora or a department store and test on your arm and/or face then stick to the shade that works. Applying primer under the foundation creates a smoother application. I like to apply primer and foundation to my T-Zone then spread outwards towards hairline. Add as needed for even application. Find eyeshade that compliments your skin color. I close my eyes and start from the inner portion and only apply to my lid. I don’t go crazy and like for it to look natural so I only apply to the lid. For eyeliner apply along the lid right about lash line. I take my pinky nail and flick the liner upward on the outer edge of lash to create a wing. Brows have to be waxed/ tweezed before doing with eyebrow pencil, you may want to watch tutorials because they take practice. But if doing whole face it looks weird leaving brows and lips out. For lips you can find a matte lipstick or a gloss with some tint. You’ll want some lip color if the rest of your face is done. Always carry blotting sheets to blot the oil during the day. Otherwise you’ll look oily. A trick is to use those paper toilet seat liners that public bathrooms have if you’re ever caught without blotting sheets. One of my colleagues taught me that hack.
