Should ALL money be split?

I need insight from someone else. I have a job where I make decent money and I also make commison. Since being promoted I've been making a decent amount in commissions alone. I have no problem splitting our paychecks 50/50 for bills and anything else we need but he also wants 50% of my commissions and I dont really think that's fair because I work hard for that extra and I think I shouldn't have to split it. He's also trying to dictate where my money goes when. He was already telling me that $200 of my pay was going into a new credit line and I said no. I don't want to open a credit line right now and get into credit card debt. Either way he shouldn't be planning where MY money goes unless it's for bills, rent, food and things our children need. Now he's angry because I said I would like if I'm able to keep my commissions. I told him if it's an issue and he continues to try to control my paychecks I will open my own bank acocunt. He doesn't need to tell me how to control money because I'm very controlled myself with my spending. I just don't like feeling like a child.
