1yo Biting

My 14mo keeps biting me, sometimes while nursing, sometimes when she gets mad, and sometimes just out of nowhere. When she does it while nursing, I press her face against me so she has to open her mouth, cover myself back up, and put her on the floor, say “No biting”, keep my expression neutral, and she just laughs and laughs like it’s a game. I always pay close attention when she’s nursing, because with my first I could tell when she was about to bite me because she’d pause or look distracted, but with this one there is no warning. She’ll be sucking and swallowing and then very suddenly biting down hard. When she’s sad/mad and bites me I say “No biting”, and if I can safely out her down I do, but sometimes she’s throwing herself around so hard that I can’t put her down without her hurting herself.

This has been going on for months now. I really expected it to get better with consistent responses but she’s just not stopping. Does anyone have any other tips? She’s broken skin a few times and I’m really in a lot of pain, but I’m not ready to quit nursing her yet.
