Should i call the police on my neighbors?

My neighbors are always fighting. I think it’s a domestic violence situation. I’ve been in that situation and having the cops show up can make the abuser even more angry, if they don’t arrest him then it could make the situation worse. Im also worried of retaliation, we live in a high crime area. There’s been multiple shootings on my street and two houses down is a trap house. Today the woman that lives there came out of the house and was walking down the street yelling that all of us, her neighbors are bitches and arent helping her. I feel bad I’m just scared of what will happen and if it will make it worse if I call the cops. As I said I’ve been through it and every time the cops were called, he talked his way out of it and the second they left the beatings were worse. What do I do
