Need help with 8 month old sleep!

Hi everyone,

My baby has slept soundly through the night since 3 months (we are so very lucky), but just over a month ago he stopped having any consistency or routine. He wakes up constantly at night (every 2hrs approx) and is extremely difficult to settle. Once we get him to sleep in our arms (he won’t fall asleep independently) and transition to the crib he immediately wakes up and the cycle starts over again.

He was sleeping in a bassinet in our room until approx 6 months which he slept much better in, so I thought maybe a pack n play so he could still be in our tiny bedroom but he didn’t like that at all.

Please if you have any suggestions I’d really appreciate it!
