Am I the problem? Or Am I delulu?

I am trying to make this post brief, if i can. It has been a while since I have posted and I actually had to deleted some posts due to circumstances, that's besides the point. Anyway my family drives me nuts.com. For one, they are loving but also toxic as heck. My issue I mainly have is them not listening to me yet got a lot to say and trying to take over (mainly my mom who influences my stepdad, sister, and brother to thinking I cant do sh**) Honestly speaking this been going on since I had my kid in 2021 and he is 2. Currently it seems it gotten worse, last year, i noticed my son's behavior was strange fast forward, he has a speech delay and recently been diagnosed with Epilepsy. Pretty much it takes me through a whirlwind along with other priorities as well. So my family's behaviors have changed and they can be very backhanded and petty. But when there is an opportunity to be in public and financial aid whatever that may be everything is peachy. So Am i delulu or the problem?
