Right sided pain

For the last few months I have an aching dull pain un my right abdomen. It’s low, no where near my ribs. It’s worse after eating or it’ll feel irritated if I wear tight compression type pants or tight high waisted jeans. Sometimes hurts after I go to the bathroom too. It’s not really “pain” just an aching feeling. There is one area when I press it feels tender.

I had an abdominal ultrasound and bloodwork all was normal and all is normal on gyno ultrasound too. What else could it be?

I am thinking something related to intestines or right colon since those were not looked at on the ultrasound? I have terrible health anxiety and the GI and OBGYN don’t seem concerned by it.
