Autism or normal?

Hi. My son is 19 months. He doesn’t really respond when I say his name to him. If he’s running around all wild he won’t listen at all. He can’t focus enough to understand what I’m saying because he’s on the go to much. He will walk right over his toys sometimes getting hurt. I’ve tried teaching him to pick up the toys and he won’t. He’s very active and doesn’t sit still ever besides when he’s sleeping of course and even still he fights his sleep so bad we will be up until 2 am. He is obsessed with wheels, he likes to spin them. It can be a truck, bus, vacuum anything that spins really like tires. Now he doesn’t talk much either he basically says “ehhh” and points to what he wants. Sometimes he gets so frustrated he points, yells and also shakes. He shakes. Like I think it’s voluntary because that’s the only time he ever does it when he’s mad. Especially for food anyways. He also likes to jump, hit his head on the wall or ground even tho he knows that hurts. He will say mamamama da dada bababab like he actually waved to me and said hi in a high pitched voice it was cute lol I’m really just nervous because we have an autism evaluation coming up soon but I’m not sure if he is just your normal toddler or not as I’ve never had one before. The pediatrician also said speech therapy which I agree with. Does this sound like normal toddler behavior?

By the way, I know nobody here can diagnose my baby but maybe someone here has experience and knows this behavior. I’m just here for opinions
