Dairy intake
Does breast milk count towards the daily dairy intake ? My little one has stopped drinking 3.25% milk and isn’t a huge lover of yogurt, cottage cheese. Brick cheese is hit & miss. He breastfeeds 4 times a day. He’s 14 months old
