Brown discharge and no heartbeat at 6w5d should I lose hope?

I am having a brown discharge since 4 days non stop every time I wipe it is not much but always there. I went for ultrasound they could see the yolk sack but no heartbeat. The doc said we should wait one more week and then check again but I am getting very pessimistic. What is this brown discharge? Does it mean smth is bleeding inside? I am so worried.

I feel like you should never loose hope but also prepare yourself for a possible loss. It’s a horrible situation and it’s impossible for our brains to process sometimes. In my opinion and experience it doesn’t look good brown discharge for me ment a bad outcome about a week later. I hope and pray this will not be the outcome for you and you’re baby.
