Light pink spotting

Has Anyone had spotting and everything was okay? I went to the bathroom and wiped and there was light pink on the tp. It has gone away as of right now and didn’t seem the get worse. I don’t have any cramping. I am 5w 3d. I had an ultrasound Friday and seen a empty gestational sac it was in my uterus. It was measuring 5w1d but according to my last period I was expose to be 5 weeks 3 days. I’m scared this might turn to be a blighted Ovum or miscarriage.
