TTC after Myomectomy??

I am wondering to anyone who has conceived after myomectomy how long it has taken you to get pregnant? also how long did you wait to have sex after surgery? Did you experience any pregnancy losses?

I just had a myomectomy almost two weeks ago and I’m already eager to get ttc again lol. I know that we have to wait at least 3 months before trying So my dr has us on birth control, considering after a year of ttc, a day before my surgery was first scheduled we ended up with a BFP, finally pregnant November 2023, but sadly ending in a miscarriage at 6w1d. Also after surgery we have found out that both my fallopian tubes are dialated and seem to have damage on both. Considering I had an ectopic pregnancy already I’m also nervous that could happen again.. my plan is once we hit the 3 month mark we’re looking into laparoscopic surgery to clear my fallopian tubes so not such a high chance of a repeated ectopic. Plus I wouldn’t be so stressed and worried about another loss of pregnancy.
