Excited but scared letrozole cycle

I miss carried last.thanks giving. Had a car accident so went in to make.sure me and baby were okay. With no signs of miscarriage well no.fetal heart rate and then the ultra sound baby stoped growing at 7wk 6 days. And last.ultrasound i had was 7 weeks 5 days . Which was a shock to me.cuz i thought i was 13.weeks.and all was fine. So after devsation wore off a little.i decided i couldnt stop i want my.rain bow baby with my husband. I have been sp excoted and we been like young. Kids bding. Were mid 30s lol But today seeking it says peek on a medicated cycle has me. All sorts off nervous and scared. More.so to get my.hopes up again. We did letroze 5mg cd 5-9 so im just wondering any.one have success on that to completion of delivery
