Sexy sex is just not working

My bf got circumcised when he was a newborn and we've had this problem in the past to where my of had a hard time feeling sensations while we're making love. He gets hard and goes soft, he says he can't feel anything, he reassured me it's not my fault and he very much so physically/mentally attracted to me.

Is there anyway we can start making love where both of us are satisfied? I've tried my best to reassure him, I'm not upset with him at all and what and how can I make you feel better. But the just pushes me away, he feels like a failure that he can't make me feel good properly.
