Raising multilingual kids

Mom of 2 under 2 here 🙋🏻‍♀️ My son is almost 2 years old and he’s still not talking. He was starting to babble while I was pregnant with our second child, but stopped doing that when our daughter was born last december. We give him enough attention and he’s not really jealous of his sister. Just the change is of course still a big change at home. We are talking English, Filipino and Dutch to him, we read books as well and watch shows in different languages. He started to walk when he was 20 months old. Should we start worrying already about his speech delay? To those parents who are multicultural and are raising their kids bilingual/multilingual, what age did your child started talking?
