Does anyone know what I can used? I extremely suffered from exzema on my back and now I have black mark everywhere can be really itchy so I scratched them. I’ve used lot of different cream but nothing seems to work, at the moment I used Vaseline and Nivea but if I put to much Vaseline my back get really itchy I don’t know what to do or used I don’t use any shower gel make my skin dry and also 5 months pregnant …

Hey to cleanse I’d recommend using  plain sensitive dove bar or the gold dial bar and straight out the shower oil up with extra virgin olive oil. It’s a mess and not necessarily going to having you smelling cute. But I’ve had eczema  since I was a baby and it works best. Good luck 😊

Any topical cream with a retinol in it like Differin or Cerave have great creams and cleansers and I believe are safe for pregnant women but be sure to ask your ob/gyn and dermatologist

I don’t know about the discoloration - I think if you find something that heals your skin, the discoloration may heal up too over time. but my daughter has eczema and her doctor recommended cerave. They have daily moisturizer, creams and healing ointments.
