Would you snitch on your own brother if you knew he was on probation

My brother is currently on probation. He's living with our mom. He's on probation for aggravated assault against his ex girlfriend. She claims he tried to rape her but there was no proof of that and he was found not guilty for attempted rape but was guilty for aggravated assault. If he messes up again he could be looking at doing time so me and my family have been trying to keep him out of trouble. My brother is bisexual and a couple months ago started dating a guy he met at an LGBT club. My brother is fluent in 3 languages. One of them being sign language and this guy is deaf. He's very kind but he broke up with my brother a few weeks ago and I found out my brother has resulted to stalking this person. I'm not sure what to do because I don't want my brother to go to jail but I know he can cause some damage when he's angry and this guy from what I understand lives by himself and is completely deaf so that's a disadvantage. I told our mom and she said we need to mind our business. The goal is to keep my brother from behind bars. My whole family wants me to let it go but I have found out my brother is literally taking pictures of this person and trying to track there every move. I just don't want another situation like his ex girlfriend.
