Miscarriage? Fibroids?

I had a negative pregnancy test 2/7 and didn’t have sex for a week after that. I’m on day 2 of my period and I’m extremely heavily bleeding and passing very large clots which is very unusual for me. Especially multiple throughout the day, and this large. I do have pain during intercourse sometimes always in the same area by my right ovary. My mom has fibroids so I was thinking that’s a possibility. I can’t go to my gynecologist without talking to the billing department so I have to find a new office and all the ones I called I can’t get in for another 3 months. I might try planned parenthood for the first time tomorrow. Does this look like a placenta? Is that even possible? I’ve had my period for 13 years and I’ve never had clotting like this. And I’ve also never filled up pads this fast either or even been this heavy on day 2.
