HPV 18

I have had HPV for years (along with PCOS and genital herpes) and I have had some rough few weeks. Needless to say, I had a bad pap last week and I am positive for HPV 18. They want to do a culpo. I’ve had one before but this sounds more serious than last time. I’m meeting with my doctor tmrw for financial help paperwork and discuss the next steps. I am aware it’s related to cervical cancer but I was curious on what someone’s personal experience was like. Any advice?
