How likely are you to check out a business you see advertised on a restaurant placemat?

My husband has started his own handyman business. It’s just part time right now while he builds up a steady clientele. We are trying to keep start up costs to a minimum. Right now our advertising is just word of mouth, and we created a business FB page that we update regularly. A local restaurant approached us and asked us to consider advertising; $275/6 months. That’s a pretty high amount for us right now, and I’m also not sure how effective that type of advertising is. I’m wondering how many ppl on here utilize the businesses they see advertised on placemats or if they don’t even pay any attention to them.
