The one lie that hurts me the most is him going to a place (gambling) and not letting me know. I found out through texts with the friend he went with months after.

I got pretty mad and it’s been almost 6 months since that and sometimes I still wonder if he lies.

Yes, he went out to a bar a couple times after work without telling me and got home late, which I assumed he was just working late. I didn’t care he went, I was mad he didn’t tell me because at the time I was in the first trimester with our third baby and at home for 12 hours alone with our other two kids when I felt like trash. It wasn’t necessarily a lie but it wasn’t truthful either and I felt like he was being inconsiderate. 
I just told him how it made me feel and that I didn’t appreciate it, and I’d just like to be asked next time out of respect for me. I never tell him no if he asks to go do something with his buddies. Sometimes I’ll ask him to reschedule if I’m feeling particularly icky or tired. 
He apologized, took accountability and we moved on. It’s never brought up, it’s not a big deal. I never feel like he ever sets out to lie to me or to be sneaky.
