Is cream of wheat a good first food to introduce the wheat allergen to a 6 month old baby?
My doctor cleared her for wheat but didn’t give suggestions. I know the endosperm is removed from cream of wheat but I assume it still contains enough wheat protein to induce an allergic reaction if baby had an allergy?
