Mirena or anemia ?!
My doctor has recommended the mirena to me purely to stop / slow down bleeding while on my period as I keep ending up very low in iron /anaemic. He said that slowing down the bleeding would help my body and would result in less iron loss and not needing as many iron infusions. My husband has had the snip and we aren’t having anymore children so it is purely for the bleeding. Would you do it ?? What’s your thoughts ?
