When to move in with bf

I’m 24 my bf is 25 we’ve been friends for 5/6yrs and just started dating this year in feb, he wants me to move in with him and his parents 😳 but I’ve never thought about moving in with someone let alone with their parents. Due to the circumstances with how expensive housing is becoming, we aren’t planning on getting our own place which I would like a new home and he would rather keep his dads house

im curious to know how soon is too soon or is it worth the risk? How do you know it’s the right time to take that next step?
