Completely subjective. My husband is up for work at 3:00 am and is patted down into work. No electronics, no lunch break, no communication until he gets back to the car 14-18 hours later. He's not going to risk waking me up in the middle of the night and me not be able to go back to sleep.

Depends on the guy and what kind of relationship you have I think. Is it normal for him to be the first to say good morning? In my relationships it’s always been 50/50, just depends on who wakes up first. But also if my partner didn’t text me all day I would definitely ask if they’re okey.
