Tw possible miscarriage

So I went to the ER this morning for light bleeding I am 5 weeks 2 days pregnant they didn't see a sac on the ultrasound at all but my hcg was at 57 which they said was extremely low for how far along I should be.

But my partner was there the whole time and just played on his phone. Like he didn't care now we are home and he is in the bedroom playing his games and I am out in the living room cramping and bleeding and dealing with our 5 and 2 year old I feel like he just doesn't care at all am I wrong for thinking that way like I get everyone grieves differently but it's like he doesn't wanna be around me at all now.
