Ex Best friend

Okay so long story short my ex best friend was my best friend all throughout school and a couple years after too so all together around 12 years give or take. We weren’t as close once I moved into a place with my now husband and the friendship kept growing apart once I had my daughter. The last time we ever hung out was for my bachelorette almost 3 years ago, I had a baby so I couldn’t party like we use to together so slowly she made a new best friend to party with and do everything I couldn’t without bringing my baby(a lot of it was going out). I always invited her to hangout and do things but she made it seem like she never had time and then I would see her and her new bff do things after I tried to made plans so I called her out on it and from there it kinda made us in an awkward spot. She ended up getting pregnant herself and at this time I was living a couple hours away so it made it hard to attend all her showers and stuff. She ended up asking me to be her bridesmaid in her wedding and at the time I said yes. I had didn’t know how expensive everything she wanted us to buy was and I didn’t have money for everything and I told her that and I had to back out of her wedding for personal reasons and finances and I was completely honest with her. Once I told her she blocked me on everything, told me I wasn’t loyal enough to have a relationship with, and got everyone who I considered to be friends with to think horrible of me. I know this literally sounds like high school drama and I probably shouldn’t even want to be friends again but I recently found out she unblocked me on everything and I didn’t know if it would be right for me to try to reach out to her? I don’t want to be thought of as this horrible person by her or anyone but I’m wondering if too much time has passed? I mean I tried sending her a couple messages over the years but she blocked my number. She would’ve already tried to contact me by now if the situation between us bothered her at all right???
