Baby girl name?

Question

My name is Emily, but a select few people (close friends and family) call me Emma. My husband for a few years called me Emma, but now he mostly calls me honey. 
Would it be strange if we name baby girl, Emma? 
I have always loved the name, but it never stuck for me as I was in high school when I really began wanting to use Emma as my nickname.

I think it would be lovely but maybe confusing at first for close friends and family. You would probably have to give up your nickname otherwise both of you at some point would end up responding to the name. 
It’s the same for me and my husband; and now I no longer go by the nickname I’ve had since childhood and go by a more feminine version of the nickname

Maybe use Emma as a middle name? That way there’s no confusion but you get to include the name.
