He begins to do tricks like donuts and drifting while I’m not speaking to him at all I’ll be ignoring him and idk if he does it so I can start speaking to him or what. I love him but damn this really makes me not want to be with him.

That is abuse. It is not OK and it is not normal. It is literally a threat to your life. There's a good reason it makes you not want to be with him and you should not ignore that feeling. I had a boyfriend like this once. He did it when I was eight months pregnant in a blizzard at midnight. I was so scared. My fighter flight kicked in and I got out of the car and walked home. I felt safer walking home in a blizzard at midnight eight months pregnant than being in his vehicle. And that was perfectly fine with him if I didn't like his driving.
