I already have a fear of driving and he knows I take the streets instead of the freeway because of this. He begins to do tricks like donuts and drifting while I’m not speaking to him at all I’ll be ignoring him and idk if he does it so I can start speaking to him or what. I love him but damn this really makes me not want to be with him.

That is abuse. It is not OK and it is not normal. It is literally a threat to your life. There's a good reason it makes you not want to be with him and you should not ignore that feeling. I had a boyfriend like this once. He did it when I was eight months pregnant in a blizzard at midnight. I was so scared. My fighter flight kicked in and I got out of the car and walked home. I felt safer walking home in a blizzard at midnight eight months pregnant than being in his vehicle. And that was perfectly fine with him if I didn't like his driving.
